CISPR 22 is a test standard developed by the International Special Committee on Radio Interference (CISPR) concerning radio disturbance characteristics surrounding information technology equipment. This standard specifically applies to information technology equipment and includes procedures for measuring generated signal levels within the frequency range of 9 kHz and 400 GHz. If no limits are specified, measurements do not need to be performed. The purpose of CISPR 22 is to create an accepted reference when evaluating radio disturbance levels of information technology equipment within the defined scope. This allows limits of disturbance to be fixed by describing measurement methods and standardizing operating conditions and the interpretation of results.
Avalon Test Equipment carries a variety of equipment for rent to meet CISPR 22 requirements. Test With Confidence®.
