• D561-L5 Plug-In Module for waveforms 1, 4 and 5A. Both single and multiple stroke test capability level 5.
• D562-L5 Plug-In Module for waveform 2. Both single and multiple stroke test capability to level 5.
• D563-L5 Plug-In Module for waveform 3. Single-stroke, multiple-stroke and multi-burst test capability.
• D564-L5 Plug-In Module for waveform 5B: Single-stroke and multiple stroke test capability to Level 5.
