The EMCPro PLUS EMC Test System is a portable, multi-function EMC test system for pre-compliance, QA, and full certification testing. This system answers manufacturing requirements for a multi-capability EMC immunity test instrument. Test for up to seven global EMC standards for susceptibility to electromagnetic interference and electromagnetic compatibility with a single instrument. The Thermo Scientific EMCPro PLUS EMC Test System is an advanced, multi-capability, low-cost EMC immunity test system addressing a broad range of test capabilities and can be configured for testing to one or any combination of IEC basic immunity standards. The EMCPro Plus system is the only tester capable of monitoring surge voltage and current at the output terminals as opposed to measuring at the generator, which can lead to large errors.

Standards include: ANSI IEEE C62.41, GR 1089 CORE, IEC 61000-4-4, IEC 61000-4-5, IEC- 61000-4-8, IEC 61000-4-9, IEC 61000-4-11, and more.

  • Manual
  • Power cord

General Specifications

  • Conducts surge testing with combination, telecom, and ring waves to IEC 61000-4-5 limit (6kV)
  • Performs EFT testing to IEC 61000-4-4 limit (4kV)
  • Monitors surge voltage and current at the output terminals
  • Monitors output of coupling unit/Automatically switch connections according to coupling mode
  • Operates via easy-to-use Windows-based PC software, or from the system front panel
  • Creates custom test protocols via a simple keyboard interface and integral system software
  • 6kV surge testing for Combination Wave (1.2/5µs)
  • 6kV surge testing for Telecom Wave (10/700µss)
