This tool supports both 200 µm and 250 µm fibers, allowing technicians to create temporary 12-fiber ribbons suitable for mass fusion splicing. Its glue-less design eliminates cure times and reduces the risk of contamination, enhancing overall productivity.
The RT-02 features intuitive left and right fiber holder color codes printed directly on the tool, simplifying the loading process. Fibers can be loaded directly into the fiber holder without adhering to a specific color code sequence, reducing preparation time. The tool's design ensures that fibers are securely held in place, preventing movement and crossover during the ribbonizing process.
Compatible with FH-70-12PC pitch conversion holders for 200 µm fibers and FH-70-12 standard ribbon holders for 250 µm fibers (holders sold separately), the RT-02 offers versatility across various applications, including MPO terminations and mass fusion splicing of loose fiber cables.
