The Keysight 33120A Function Generator uses direct digital synthesis technique in a full-featured 15MHz function generator that also has an AWG built in. Both linear and log sweeps, internal AM, FM, FSK, and burst modulation, and a 12-bit 40MSa/s, 16,000 point deep AWG. DDS technology provides precise adjustment and frequency stability.
