1400V, 100MHz is a high-voltage active differential probe that is safe and easy-to-use ideally suited for measuring power electronics. The ADP305 is designed for measuring the high-speed floating voltages found in high-speed power electronics.
The Teledyne LeCroy CP030A Current Probe was designed with a small form factor for crowded boards. The small jaw can probe currents in tight spaces and still clamp onto conductors up to 5mm in diameter. Continuous currents of 30Arms and peak currents of 50A can be measured by the CP030, which also features a 50MHz bandwidth.
Teledyne LeCroy current probes make accurate and reliable AC, DC and impulse current measurements without requiring the breaking of a circuit or the insertion of a shunt. This capability is based on a combination of Hall effect and transformer technology. Many current probes require external power supplies or amplifiers to display a waveform on the oscilloscope screen
