Raymond EMC provides turnkey solutions that start with design and continue through to onsite installation and RF shielding effectiveness certification. They also build in all electrical, HVAC, life-saving systems, and seismic requirements.

Raymond EMC’s modular system can be expanded or reduced to fit virtually any size requirement. Their smaller enclosures are free-standing, while larger enclosures are tied to a parent room. They model your layout using SolidWorks 3D CAD software, which provides you with highly accurate drawings for approval.

Many of their options such as vents, penetrations, and even doors are field locatable, meaning they can adjust their position onsite at no extra cost, and with no major design change.

Compliant With Industry Standards

IEEE-STD-99: Standard method for measuring the effectiveness of electromagnetic shielding enclosures (2006)

ITSG-02: Criteria for design, fabrication, supply, and installation and acceptance testing of walk-in, radio-frequency-shielded enclosures (1999)

UL 1283: Standard for safety – electromagnetic interference filters

MIL-STD-220A: Method of insertion loss measurement for radiofrequency filters

Magnetic Fields: 20 dB at 1 kHz rising to 55 dB at 10 kHz and 95 dB at 200 kHz

Electric Fields: 100 dB from 200 kHz to 50 MHz

Plane Waves: 100 dB from 50 MHz to 1 GHz

Microwaves: 100 dB at 10 GHz
