Teseq NSG 438 AUTOMOTIVE ESD Simulator/Gun with 4 included RC Networks:

  • INA 4380 IEC 61000-4-2 Discharge Network 330 Ohm/150pF
  • INA 4381 ISO 10605 Discharge Network, 150pF/2kOhm
  • INA 4382 ISO 10605 Discharge Network, 330pF/2kOhm
  • INA 4553 Discharge Network 330pF/330Ohm

The Teseq NSG437 ESD Gun generates pulses from 200 V to 30kV, both in air- and contact-discharge operation. The simulator is simple, convenient and safe to use. The whole range of parameter setting possibilities, including polarity selection, counter functions and breakdown detection, remains fully available up to the maximum discharge voltage.

The NSG437 features a broad range of plug-in network-modules with resistance values from zero ohms and capacitances up to the nF-range.

These networks can be simply pushed into place in seconds enabling the NSG437 to meet applications that require multiple R/C network combinations, such as the automotive industry.

Features:

  • Air- and contact-discharge up to 30 kV
  • Light version featuring uncompromised test performance
  • Compliant with a wide range of standards (IEC, ANSI, SAE, ISO)
  • Touch panel display controls
  • Easily and quickly interchangeable network modules
  • Wide range of accessories (HV networks, tips, adapters)
  • Win3000 PC Software
  • User Manual
  • Interface cable
  • Mains Cable
  • All Standard Accessories

Combination wave pulse 1.2/50 - 8/20 μs (Hybrid-Surge pulse)

Pulse conforms to IEC/EN 61000-4-5

  • Pulse voltage (open circuit): ±500 V to 15 kV (in 1 V steps)
  • Pulse current (short circuit)"" ±250 A to 7.5 kA
  • Impedance: 2/12 Ω
  • Polarity: positive / negative / alternate
  • Pulse repetition: 10*- 600 s (in 1 sec steps), 1...10 min.
