The Keysight 8567A is an affordable high-performance spectrum analyzer for bench and ATE use. It covers frequency of 10 kHz to 1.5 GHz. Multiple traces can be displayed to measure residual FM or drift, or to conduct real-time surveillance over a wide frequency range. Analyzer control settings can be saved in non-volatile memory. Complex measurement routines can be created on an external controller, stored in the analyzer's user RAM, and executed using a single custom softkey. By adding measurement accessories and options, the 8567A fits into many applications, including electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing, automated broadband signal surveillance, and component stimulus-response testing.

Features:

  • The 8567A frequency coverage ranges from 10 kHz to 1.5 GHz
  • The minimum resolution bandwidth is 1 kHz
  • The internal timebase is a TCXO
  • The 8567A has a single input port that is DC coupled
  • Frequency range: 10kHz to 1500 MHz
  • Frequency span: 100 Hz to 1500 MHz + zero span
  • Resolution bandwidth (-3 dB): 1 kHz to 3 Mhz in 1, 3, 10 sequence
  • Video bandwidth: 1 Hz to 3 MHz in 1, 3, 10 sequence
  • Residual FM (peak-topeak, <100 kHz span): < 100 Hz (res BW 1 kHz)
  • Amplitude range: -115 to + 30 dBm
  • Log display range: 1, 2, 5, or 10 dB/div for 10, 20, 50, or 90 dB display
